If you work at home for a long time, especially when you feel physically tense, your skeletal muscles may be hurting and become weak, such as bad back, sore neck and shoulders, etc. How can we avoid it?TIME gives 10 suggestions:
● Straightening neck when looking at computer screen.
● Placing the screen sideways in a bright window.
● Straightening neck when viewing paper documents.
● Placing the keyboard, mouse and touchpad at a comfortable height in front of you.
● Do not use soft wrist rest.
● Choosing between typing / mouse and voice input.
● Purchasing and using ergonomic chairs.
● Keeping feet flat on the floor or foot support when sitting on the chair.
● Limiting the time of working on the bed.
● Avoid standing for a long time for computer works.
